We will meet up to 4 times prior to event to discuss the details and our roll that day and any last minute details. We require to meet with the couple 3- 6 weeks prior to the event for this service.
• Wedding day director (up to 10 hours of coverage)
• Vendor confirmations
• Early arrival to ensure that set-up is correct
• Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day
• Ceremony Direction
• Gathering family members/wedding party for photographs
• Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
• Arranging transportation for you; keeping contact with your driver
• Personally assist Bride & Groom
• Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in
one of our kits
• Seamstress on hand for emergency alterations
• Oversee vendors, including arrival, load-ins, setups, strikes, breakdowns
and load-outs
Guest List and Place card creation is available upon request.
We require the full guest list 1 week prior to the event.
